[oc] Need of verilog hdl code for intel 8255

I am in need of verilog hdl code for intel 8255 as simulation code in 
verilog. If anyone has got it with the test benches please send it to me 
as soon as possible. I need it for my fy year project. Also if you know 
someone has it or where I can find it, please let me know. Please help I 
am in immediate need.
