Due to restrictions on export of cryptographic software, Roxen
WebServer 2.0 exists in two versions supporting:

  strong 128/168-bit encryption, and 
  "weak" 40-bit encryption. 

Only the "weak" version is available via FTP. To get the strong
128-bit version, go to http://www.roxen.com/download/ and follow the
instructions.
