[pci] MS windows PCI generic driver

Hi, All,

I am going to test my PCI board. But I don't have a MS Windows driver to
access the on-board registers. Does anybody have a very simple generice
PCI driver, which has the functionality of access any 8/16/32-bit
register of either configuration space or BAR0-3 space, and also can
allocate a non-papged memory from system and get its physical address to
test the DMA function?
