[pci] Information on the PCI bus

I was wondering where I can get information on the PCI bus.  For
instance,  I would like to know how much current I can draw from the
various supplies on the connector.  Are there +/-12V supplies on the
current PCI bus?  How much current can I draw from them?  These are
probably easy to answer, but I haven't been able to find data sheets
on the PCI bus itself.
