Hello from your friendly FAQ maintainer.

I've placed a draft of the new FAQ on the web at:

Please review it and email comments to: faq@opencores.org

Please don't comment on any formatting issues yet.  It's
a first draft.  I'm mainly interested in any questions
which should be added to the FAQ and how any answers
can be improved.
