[oc] wishlist/todolist

Hey !

I've been discussing with Miha (webmaster) a WISHLIST/TODOLIST web page.
Basically a CGI that could be added to every project (if so desired) and
would have two main purposes (at least I see these two main purposes, maybe
there are more?):
- DEVELOPERS could put there TODOs and ideas for their project (would serve
as a reminder to them and also as an overview to users of the project what
is planned in the future regarding the project)
- USERS could put there their WISHES and ideas regarding the project and
would help steer the project in the right direction (this way developers
would get feedback what users would like to see added/changed/developed.
Every "wish" could also be rated and this way developers would get
additional feedback what should be high on priority list)

There would also be a web page where all wishlists/todolists from every
project would be listed. Kind of a starting point for somebody that would
like to help and doesn't know where to start. This way one could start
working on something interesting for him w/o browsing around opencores web
site for too long.

Please ignore the entries - they are there just for testing purposes. Feel
free to add new entries (they will be removed). If you want to add a real
entry, wait until Wishlist/Todolist is ready.

Please send your feedback and comments about this WISHLIST/TODOLIST idea.
What information should be in every entry, how page should be organized, is
something missing? etc etc
