Ok, well the file is there and ready to be tested out.
I guess I have been too used to messing around with the
repository at my old work place.  There were lots of
cases when we had to move files around to please different
designers when the structure of the tree changed

Take a look at the file and let me know if it works with the OpenRisc
project, I will begin meging it into the SXP.
