We have reports that Qbib's b2q.y Bison file causes a failure
in Mandrake 8.2 (and possibly other Linux distributions) due
to the fact it uses Bison 1.32.   To get around this problem,
please either install Bison 1.28 or compile b2q.y by hand
before running make:

$ bison -d b2q.y
$ make
