Re: [oc] old/abandoned projects
I suggest 2 additional categories- "Partly Baked Projects" and "Abandoned
Projects". The first is for ideas that are deemed still useful, but nobody
signed up to execute; and the latter for those that were doomed for lack of
a useful outcome, at least for now. That way any idea can be resurrected
with it's history.
