We are talking about products incorporating a commercially produced FPGA
that clearly don't match in any sense the GNU definition for free. How can
the use of a well documented circuit board be any issue at all if people are
willing to use FPGAs that (using the GNU definition of free) you don't know
how it works, are not permitted to replicate it, and are not permitted to
improve it?
