Configuration of BaseHostOnly




1.1 Introduction

The Opt BaseHostsOnly allows you to simply block all ip expect the ones that are defined in base.txt.

1.2 Settings

OPT_BASEHOSTSONLY

Default: OPT_BASEHOSTSONLY='no'

Activate the opt with 'yes'. 'no' deactivates it.

Settings: 'yes', 'no'


BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWIP_N, BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWIP_x

Default: BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWIP_N='0'

Number of additional ips which will also not be blocked by BaseHostsOnly.

Settings (BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWIP_N): count
Settings (BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWIP_x): ip address


BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWPORT_N, BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWPORT_x

Default: BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWPORT_N='0'

Number of additional ports which will also not be blocked by BaseHostsOnly.

Settings (BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWPORT_N): count
Settings (BASEHOSTSONLY_ALLOWPORT_x): port oder portrange


BASEHOSTSONLY_DENY_N, BASEHOSTSONLY_DENY_x

Default: BASEHOSTSONLY_DENY_N='0'

Optional. Networks that will also be blocked by BaseHostsOnly in addition to the already blocked networks.

Settings (BASEHOSTSONLY_DENY_N): count
Settings (BASEHOSTSONLY_DENY_x): networks (e.g. '192.168.7.0/24')


BASEHOSTSONLY_CHAIN

Default: BASEHOSTSONLY_CHAIN='INPUT FORWARD'

Optional. Here you can define the chain(s) where BaseHostsOnly inserts its chain.
Use this setting to remove conflicts that may occure with other opts. Normally there should be none so you can ignore it.

Settings: list of chains seperated by a blank


BASEHOSTSONLY_CHAINPOS

Default: BASEHOSTSONLY_CHAINPOS='1'

Optional. Here you can define the position of the chain of BaseHostsOnly in the chains of BASEHOSTSONLY_CHAIN.
Use this setting to remove conflicts that may occure with other opts. Normally there should be none so you can ignore it.
